You retain ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, cover letters, prompts, and other materials you submit to ResumeForge. You grant ResumeForge a limited license to host, process, store, and transform that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload any content you provide, including employment history, proprietary work details, and third-party job postings.

ResumeForge may generate rewritten bullets, tailored resumes, summaries, or other AI-assisted output based on the materials you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all output before using it in an application or sharing it with a third party.

We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, non-infringing, or accepted by any employer, applicant tracking system, or recruiter.

If ResumeForge offers paid plans, credits, or subscription features, you agree to pay all applicable fees presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing, packaging, or feature limits in the future. Any pricing changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter charges already incurred.

ResumeForge and its associated branding, software, interface design, workflows, and site content are owned by ResumeForge or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms do not grant you ownership of the service itself, only a limited, revocable right to use it in accordance with these terms.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific hiring outcomes from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeForge and its operators, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to ResumeForge will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using ResumeForge at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for the platform, or used the service in a way that could harm us or others.
