If you use ResumeForge on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" will include that entity.

ResumeForge is an AI-powered platform designed to assist users in generating, editing, tailoring, and optimizing resumes and related application materials based on user-provided information, user instructions, and external job descriptions or postings.

ResumeForge is intended as an assistive tool only. ResumeForge does not guarantee job placement, interview invitations, job offers, applicant tracking system performance, employer responses, or the accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of any generated output.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration and account information and keep that information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, including activity arising from saved browser sessions, devices, or authentication tokens.

You may not use the Service if doing so would violate applicable law, contractual obligations, or the rights of any third party. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account presents security, fraud, legal, or platform integrity concerns.

You acknowledge and agree that ResumeForge uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to generate, revise, summarize, and optimize content. All output made available through the Service is AI-assisted and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, formatting issues, biased language, or content that is incomplete or unsuitable for your intended use.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and approving all output before relying on it, submitting it to an employer, sharing it with a recruiter, or using it for any professional purpose. Your use of any generated resume, cover letter, summary, or other output is entirely at your own risk.

• ResumeForge does not guarantee compliance with employer expectations, internal hiring standards, or regulatory requirements.
• ResumeForge does not guarantee success in job applications, interviews, hiring processes, or any other career outcome.

ResumeForge is not a law firm, recruiting firm, career advisory service, employment agency, or professional licensing body. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes legal advice, career advice, recruiting advice, human resources advice, or any other professional advice.

All content generated through the Service is provided for informational and assistive purposes only. You should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate for your specific circumstances.

You retain ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, prompts, cover letters, and other materials you submit to the Service, subject to any rights required for us to operate the Service. You grant ResumeForge a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, and transform your content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful authority necessary to submit your content and that your content, and your use of the Service, will not infringe, misappropriate, violate, or otherwise conflict with the rights of any person or entity.

• You will not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful information.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any resume or application materials accurately reflect your experience, qualifications, and work history.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated output does not misrepresent your credentials, certifications, employment history, or professional capabilities.
• You are solely responsible for all decisions, actions, submissions, and consequences arising from your use of ResumeForge or any generated output.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent technical restrictions, or use the Service in any manner that could harm ResumeForge, other users, employers, or third parties.

• Use ResumeForge for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use or disclose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, overload, or interfere with the Service or related infrastructure.
• Use the Service to generate false identities, deceptive resumes, misleading credentials, or other harmful or dishonest content.
• Access the Service through unauthorized automated means except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

ResumeForge and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the platform, software, interface design, branding, system architecture, underlying models, prompts, workflows, algorithms, and all related intellectual property rights. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

As between you and ResumeForge, you retain your rights in the content you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, ResumeForge grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use generated output for your personal and professional application-related purposes. This license does not extend to misuse of output or to any third-party content or rights embedded in your inputs.

If ResumeForge offers paid subscriptions, credits, or other fee-based features, you agree to pay all amounts due in accordance with the pricing and billing terms presented to you at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

We may change pricing, feature tiers, usage limits, or packaging prospectively. Any such changes will not retroactively alter charges already incurred.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, timely, or free of defects, nor do we guarantee that outputs will always be available, retrievable, or consistent over time.

We reserve the right, at any time and without liability, to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service, including features, workflows, models, integrations, storage practices, or usage limits.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResumeForge disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and results.

Without limiting the foregoing, ResumeForge makes no representation or warranty regarding interview callbacks, job offers, resume performance, applicant tracking system success, employer responses, hiring outcomes, or the suitability of generated content for any position, employer, industry, or regulatory environment. Results will vary based on factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResumeForge and its founders, operators, affiliates, licensors, service providers, contractors, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, or for any loss of profits, income, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, data, or employment prospects, arising out of or related to the Service, generated output, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, ResumeForge will not be liable for job rejections, missed opportunities, employer decisions, loss of income, loss of employment, reliance on generated content, or errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in resumes or other output. To the extent liability cannot be fully excluded, ResumeForge's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to ResumeForge during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ResumeForge and its founders, operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Service, your use of generated output, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or other users, or engaged in conduct that could expose ResumeForge to legal, security, or operational harm. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Service. Your continued use of ResumeForge after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Because resume and employment materials may contain sensitive or confidential information, you should not provide data you are not authorized to disclose and should avoid including highly sensitive information unless strictly necessary for your intended use.

We may automatically collect technical and usage information, including IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referral URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, log data, pages viewed, feature interactions, and session activity.

ResumeForge may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember settings, secure accounts, understand product usage, and improve functionality. If we introduce additional analytics, advertising, or measurement tools, we may update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

We use information to provide, maintain, operate, secure, and improve the Service; authenticate users; process transactions; generate tailored output; respond to support requests; troubleshoot issues; and communicate with users about accounts, product changes, legal updates, and service notices.
